    Thanks Hugh it’s 3 phase based on what you say, it has 5 wires going into it. I’ve disconnected the pump and de sludge pump and still it trips, so I suspect it’s not the right motor regards Mark

    BioDisc --anyone know how to fit a belt that has fallen off

    I know this is an old thread but…in case anyone else is looking for the answer. The pulleys are on the chassis of the unit and there is a threaded stabilising bar. On the metal plate this attaches to are two bolts. Slacken them off and you can tighten the belt. Hope that help
