sounds like ur expansion vessal it'nt doing it's job for taking up the expansion of water when heated ? its a big red drum sort of looking thing , press the nipple in where you test for pressure and if water comes out u need and new vessal mark

did u check the expansion vessal ?

check your expansion vessal , pipe to the vessal could be blocked , had the same problem on a boiler before mark
