    Sounds odd. It renders correctly here (Firefox 20.0). I suppose I would: check Firefox is up-to-date; or try clearing the web cache (but that's grasping at straws). If you think Norton AV is causing problems are you able to swap it for another anti-virus system?

    Personally, these are the steps I would take... Try making sure the PC -> monitor cable is properly screwed in at both ends. Then try swapping the cable. If you can, try a different monitor. If you can (as has been suggested) try on-board graphics, or a different graphics card.
