Hi folks, just moved into a new house and need to sort an outside tap, in the garage is a 15mm cold water pipe with a valve type tap but no actual tap on the end (just the open pipe end).....and as a complete novice i would just like some advice please as to which fittings i would need to attach...

Thanks again, Batteries are good and resetting doesn't have any effect. For the switches, no 3 is in the "off" position so i switched it to "on" but still no luck, should i leave it "on" or switch it back to it's original position? Parts 4 & 5 i've not got to yet as i wanted to check...
