Hi I have roughcast render on my house and the paint is cracking and flaking badly. I've had a builder in and says he does'nt need to hack off the old render he can just render over the top of the exsisting render. Can anyone advise me, i don't want to make any costly mistakes. Thanks

Hi, Can anyone tell me the mix for floor screed, i want to screed a kitchen floor which is 11 foot by 12 foot, also how much sand/ cement i will need. Thanks inadvance
