Regarding your router i would check to see if there is a firmware upgrade available for it on the manufacturers website. Usually solves these sort of problems.

also as an aside you cannot disarm the alarm using the keypad without going through the "Entry". Yale say this is because if you lose the keyfob someone cannot use it to disarm the system from the outside. Trouble is the Keyfob would be attached to your Keys as well so Yale's story does not hold...

My alarm went off twice for no reason over a seven day period. Has never happened since so never bothered to investigate further. Have you tried it since the issue?

Your not the only one with this problem. i have two keyfobs, one will not add to the system and the other one will add to the system but will not disarm even after going out the entry and coming back in the entry. Totally pointless having a keyfob if it will not disarm!
