When im turning everything off. Should i turn the gas heating switch of also with the pump switch? Would that be safe to do. Just want to make sure everything is off when not touching it
So there is 2 motorised valves. The left one in the image you fan oull it across and lock it in and the right one you cannot. Theres resistance when you get to a certain point. If this is what you mean
Sorry about the pump sticker being upside down... that's the way it's been installed. However, i've just noticed the humming noise (can be heard in the video) is coming from those white boxes... they have little leavers on the top of them.
Video of the sound...
Tried to fire the boiler back up to see if bleeding the pump made any difference and the boiler wont even fire up now and the water pump back to being scolding hot (cant even touch it).
Hi guys,
So i was able to locate the pump. However, it's scolding hot and vibrating and making a buzzing noise. When i turn the pump off at the switch these both stop. The heating also hasn't been on so not sure why it's so hot.
The radiator wasn't heating up properly so i bled it for about 3 seconds, a tiny bit of air and then a sprinkle of water. Literally. Though since that... there has been issues.
Wouldn't even know where to look for that tbh... was watching youtube videos/researching online and they all...
