Every time I turn on my washing machine (hotpoint aquarius WD420)the on/off light keeps flashing along with the rinse hold and time saver lights as well and all it does is let out water for about 5-10 minutes and then goes off.I have cleaned the filter but it had no effect.

cant find where the filter is. Can anyone help me locate it.
