Hi.....2 years ago I had some conifers cut down and replaced with a fence. Some of the stumps are not quite level with the ground, I have planted some shrubs but I need to get rid of the stumps. What's the best way? any ideas appreciated. many thanks.....Mike

Thanks guys....do I do this before I fasten it down or after? It seems like I may have problems either way. On the one hand I won't get the silicone under the lip, on the other it will squeeze the silicone out and spoil the finish. ....Mike

Hi....I'd say no, just get some plaster and fill the worst of it, if neccesary in layers, but keep it below the level.....Mike
