Thanks for that. Clearly the water's not been anywhere near the max specified in the instructions then. ANyone got any idea's why it's happeneing then?

Repeat problem (twice) occuring a few months after fitting after getting stiff for a while. B&Q said the water was too hot and the instructions say 65 degrees max. But the water temp is right down at Minimum (don't know what degrees) and the bath tap (same set but larger) which is right next...
