The noise certainly sounds like either a pump running or water flowing under pressure. How do I know when the 2 port valve is open? Also worth noting that the noise appears at times and goes away at times but appears when the timer is showing off for both HW and CH. So if the time varies...

Well apparently this morning our system continued to make loads of noise - almost as if the system was working but without the boiler being on. So following the recommended maintenance has not worked. Someone has suggested that there the system may not be correct electrically. Any ideas?
