    Room Flooded – Please help!

    Check the underside of the garage roof. If it is wet you should suspect the seal between the house extension and the apex roof of the garage. Unfortunately with leaks the place where the water appears to be comming from is rarely the source of the problem. Good luck with it.

    Hi Chesspy Many thanks for your help. All the floor finishes will be either stone or ceramic tiles. I suppose that the idea is to 'bed up' the floor in the bedroom to make sure that the FFL at the door is higher than the tiled area around the drain in the en-suite?
