Tap on the left, (HOT), no longer rotates fully. All other household taps are fine & the bolier was recently serviced

Tap on left, (HOT), no longer rotates fully. The COLD tap on the right is fine. All other household taps are fine and the boiler was serviced in mid February 2016 and is fine.
