Update is the main sewer pipe to the manhole was blocked. Jetting didnt work cause the pipe was broken ( main cause of the blockage... Babywipes) so ended up digging up the patio down 1.5 meters of clay and replacing the pipe.... Lovely job.....

Just turned the heating on and pressure went from 1 bar to 3.5 in about 20 minutes. Mains fill is disconnected, when i turned the hot water tap on ( after turning off the heating ) the pressure dropped rapidly..

Hi, Ive moved into my girlfriends house and it needs little work to say the least. One of my issues is the Handle for the windows ( more than one) dont really work, i think they are very cheap UPVC Double glazed windows, The handles turn but the window can be opened when its closed...

HI, I got a Worsceter boiler (sp?) with a pressure gauge from 0 - 4 bar, which has been dropping in pressure. Recently 2 radiators have been taken off (not by me) and the pressure previously was fine ( so i have been told). I have refitted the radiators, bled and topped up the system...
