Our central heating was loosing pressure, a few of the rads appeared to be have been seeping at one time or another so I replaced them to see if it solved the problem but it didn't.
I had our usual engineer come out and when he was servicing the boiler he noticed water dripping from...

The leak is not forming on the top but rather underneath the brass lip which has the numbers stamped on it, i had a search and apparently the vents gunk up but if the leak is under the lip then i suspect its likely knackerd.

We are selling our house and due to complete next week, as luck would have it the hot water tank has decided to develop a drip!!
Its a pressurised system and the culprit is this chap:
I assume that its a pressure release value however there are no marking on it apart from "PC 10 BAR...

Thanks for the reply. I had a look around the door but I can't see anything that looks micro switch related, I suspect it's maybe connected to the hinge inside the cooker.
I looked quickly the morning but I'm almost sure the oven was getting warm which suggests the lower oven knob is...
