Quality Control date on the back of panel is 13 December 2017 so do I have 2 years from then? It must be at least a year regardless. If so will Pyronix, as the manufacturer, swap it for me as it is faulty? I do not think the eBay supplier I purchased it from is still trading.

Update on this issue as fault has just occurred again! The control panel error is 'Device 0 485 Fail' and the Tamper LED is lit. Could this be a tamper switch failure as mentioned on other threads? Or could it be a faulty tamper switch on the external siren? Device 0 would indicate that it is...
