I have 3 deta 3225918 mains powered smoke detectors fitted. All 3 are giving a high pitched beep (not at the same time) about every 30 to 60 secs. Batteries are recent and mains led is lit. Does anyone know the reason for the Beep before I go looking for a hammer!

It's got to be closed circuit to work. Open circuit is when the flow switch has to be cleaned or more likely replaced.

While investigating poor DHW flow from my Baxi Bahama 100 I found that the tap on the cold water inlet was not fully open. When opening it fully the flow increases so much that the water only gets warm. ( I know mains water is a lot colder at this time of year) Should the DHW Flow regulator...
