i sorry not clear there. by one coat of matt i meant used one coat of matt emulsion as an undercoat. D.S.D not sure what you mean by miscoat.

hi have just had my walls skimmed. i have applied one coat of normal matt paint, then sanded down any imperfections. when i came to paint the second coat, parts where i had sanded (you could see the skim) started to bubble up. why is this, do you know. have i done something wrong.
