    Worcester Highflow 440 no HW

Thanks Tony. That is exactly what it is doing. Although if "t" denotes that it is pre-heating water, I guess it is a little strange that it never attains the pre-heat temperature after a few hours. Anyway I shall I have a look at the valve and go from there! Thanks.

    Worcester Highflow 440 no HW

Hi I have the boiler above. The CH side of things works perfectly. Yesterday the DHW stopped working. No error code shown. The output thermistor seems to give normal readings and as far as I can tell with a voltmeter the DHW flow sensor is working. So I turned it all off over night...

Bosch washer - door stuck closed

I am being even slower than normal... I've tried this for about 15 minutes with no luck. Then I glance at the old door and notice that the catch springs towards the hinge, and therefore needs to be moved away from the hinge to open. I hink my string approach, which i think did connect with...

Bosch washer - door stuck closed

Thanks! Struggling to visualise this a bit. Is the aim to get the wire to go 'through' the seal and over the bulge of the door glass?

Bosch washer - door stuck closed

Help! The door to my Logix 8 (WAS32466GB/03) cracked around the hinge such that it was hanging off. No problem, I ordered the parts, went back together no problem, back on the machine no problem. Tested the latch, seems to be working. Close the door... and it wont open. Either the latch...

    Range Powermax 155 buzzing

Sorry for the delay - I've been away but have returned to the sweet sweet sound of buzzing.... The buzzing seems to be there whether or not the thermostat calls for hear, but if the control on the boiler is set for the CH to be off (rather than on or timed), then buzzing stops. We have hot...

    Range Powermax 155 buzzing

Hmm the buzzing is there whether or not the room stat is at max or min, and which side of the click it is. Does this suggest it isnt the pump relay? In other words, ny "run all the time" I mean at any time when the thermostat calls for it. From vague memories of the noise a dodgy relay...

    Range Powermax 155 buzzing

Just to add a bit more detail - the boiler is still producing lots of hot water. The CH thermostat clicks when I turn it up, yet the radiators dont get hot. My CH is set to run 24/7 depending on temperature (in practice this means rarely as my flat is very warm without heating), which is...

    Range Powermax 155 buzzing

Sorry to dredge up an old post, but this didnt say how it was resolved.... I also have a Range Powermax 155, and there is a buzzing coming from behind the main console. Any ideas anyone? Pretty please? It seems to still work. Is it likely to be dangerous to run?
