Thanks Tony. That is exactly what it is doing. Although if "t" denotes that it is pre-heating water, I guess it is a little strange that it never attains the pre-heat temperature after a few hours. Anyway I shall I have a look at the valve and go from there! Thanks.

Hi I have the boiler above. The CH side of things works perfectly. Yesterday the DHW stopped working. No error code shown. The output thermistor seems to give normal readings and as far as I can tell with a voltmeter the DHW flow sensor is working. So I turned it all off over night...

Hmm the buzzing is there whether or not the room stat is at max or min, and which side of the click it is. Does this suggest it isnt the pump relay? In other words, ny "run all the time" I mean at any time when the thermostat calls for it. From vague memories of the noise a dodgy relay...

Sorry to dredge up an old post, but this didnt say how it was resolved.... I also have a Range Powermax 155, and there is a buzzing coming from behind the main console. Any ideas anyone? Pretty please? It seems to still work. Is it likely to be dangerous to run?
