i have a gloworm ultimate boiler , and the pilot light has gone out , i have tried 2 relight it , but as soon as i release gas valve, pilot goes out

its a permanant pilot , soon as i release gas valve it goes out

as soon as i let go of the gas valve pilot goes out

I have just recently moved into a nother house which has a loft conversion with 2 tiny electric heaters .I want 2 change these and replace them with radiotors . I was wondering if i could cut into existing 10mm pipe work on the second floor to run them . would this work ? :)
