Thanks for the reply. There is a blue tap but everytime we turn it water just pours out...

We have a Gloworm 24cxi combi boiler and it has lost pressure. I know that it needs water through the filling loop but can anybody tell me how to actually do this. What am I looking for? Thanks in advance
