hi the chipboard is 20 mm thick and no room is bigger than 4.5m x 4.5 m the wood planks would be 150mm x 18mm the whole of the downstairs is to be laid. i've heard the stickdown underlay may be an option?

Hi I'm looking to lay a solid wood floor in my downstairs rooms but the rooms all have chipboard laid on top od dpm and concrete. what would be the best method thanks Pinno
