Pyronix Euro 46 Proximity tag Question

Did you ever find out more about this. I also have a Euro 46 v10, and was wondering about getting some tags - and looking at the cheaper generic ones

Replacing washer on cistern inlet valve

Thanks for the help. removed now. First I removed the rod, but the position of the valve meant I couldn't turn anticlockwise. I then removed the arm, and was able to access the washer.!

Replacing washer on cistern inlet valve

Thanks - to disconnect the arm, do I push out the vertical rod (it's quite tight) - this would be towards the bottom of the image. Or do I try and unclip the level from the main body at the top of the valve? Just trying to understand the knack without (hopefully) breaking the plastic. Or indeed...

Replacing washer on cistern inlet valve

I have an inlet valve that is allowing some water in even when the float is raised. I wanted to check the washer - presumably diaphragm, but after taking off the cap, I'm unsure how to dismantle the valve. Any tips? The inlet came with a NUCA C211 valve. The other option is to remove/replace...

    Pyronix Euro 46 v10

Hi, I moved into a property 2 years ago with this alarm installed. I know the master code. A few weeks ago I started getting battery warnings, and then constant panel beeping. At the time I looked for the engineer code in case a reset was needed after self-replacement of the batteries, but...

    Power shower advice (double failure)

Hi, I'm not a plumbing expert, but always like to understand the topic area before i get an expert in ... ! I'm in a modern ~2000 townhouse. I have 2 showers on the top floor with thermostatic valves and fairly standard heads around 7cm in diameter. The pipework for both routes via the...

Bosch WFK2801 Washing Machine Error Code 06 no action

This is what the lock looks like http://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/Washing+Machine+Parts/Bosch/Door+Locks/154077+-+Bosch+Washing+Machine+Door+Lock.html I think first the door catch goes into the hole. Then the lock is energized and a metal plate at the base moves across to the left. WHen this...

Bosch WFK2801 Washing Machine Error Code 06 no action

Door latch removed. So I know it can actuate ok. There's 3 wires, so one circuit prob drives electromagnet, other pin closes circuit when door confirmed closed., I have 45 kOhm across 2 pins As I move the lock mechanism at no time is a circuit with the 3rd pin closed. Surely I would...

Bosch WFK2801 Washing Machine Error Code 06 no action

I've had a number of faults with this machine over the years, and have replaced brushes, dismantled the pump, cleared the pressure vessel, drain pipes -- but I don't think I've had a problem where the machine does nothing on any program. So I'm more convinced this must be a door interlock...

Bosch WFK2801 Washing Machine Error Code 06 no action

I already had the machine uncovered. - The pressure vessel (just like the waste trap) was relatively clean - for the last few years I've been doing a monthly 90 deg. soda crystal wash which appears to be keeping limescale under control (completely different to 4 years ago before I started...

Bosch WFK2801 Washing Machine Error Code 06 no action

I have a Bosch WFK2801 front loading washing machine. The unit is currently refusing to do anything (pump, spin, fill) just flashing up error code 06, along with the first 2 LEDs after around 30s of power up. I *think* error 06 is a door lock problem. When I apply power I can hear a...
