Well, it's working...
NOT full power (yet) but it's enough pressure to run the ice maker.
Left it soaking upright and actually sucked it through before connecting.
There HAS to be an easier way? :D
Nooo.... :D
That was only an example.
We have had many - but there has regularly been an issue with flow. \o/
I'm currently resting one submerged upright in water. We'll see how that goes.
Maybe it's also because they are cheap. ;)
Errr... the current (old) filter has a great flow, as I've mentioned.
The new one is a trickle... :(
I assumed it was air pocket or something?
It's like these - can I post links? :D

@dilalio Nope - that's why I thought best to mention it. It's always been a fast flow, otherwise you can never fill your glass.
We noticed how poor the water tasted now so we knew it was time to change it...
There's definitely a way around this - just wish I could remember. *facepalm*
Hello, gang.
Have had a quick search but cannot find anything related here - even on Google...
It's a typical ice/water dispenser fridge with an inline filter that just push-fits to the pipe.
We've replaced them before and nearly always had trouble getting a mains flow.
I'm guessing it's air...
UFH = underfloor heating?
This is a totally separate unit and is electrically heated. I wanted to avoid the get this company's product suggestion as we don't want more apps to complicate things. :cautious:
The link is Dropbox. Apologies - didn't know it needed a login.
Yeah - even I...
Installed a Beok WiFi product to the undefloor heating and thought I should get another WiFi-enabled controller for the combi boiler!
Having both units on one 'app' would make it easy for the OH. ;)
Looking at the details the Beok has the following:
And my combi has:
What connects...
Again, sorry for the delay:
The underfloor heating has a bad/failed connection to one row. This may have damaged our old thermostat? :?:
However, that has been isolated and the new thermostat runs the other 2(?) rows perfectly.
FYI: We got a Beok TDS23WiFi unit...quite cheap and can be...
Sorry for the delay...
Thanks for the tips, team. :D
As another controller/unit will cost £60 or so, I have no tester (and my clever colleague is back from holidays), I'm going to get a person that can do stuff better than I. ;)
May be able to claim on the insurance through the OH...? But I...
No RCD....old house, old wiring... ;)
How will I know the correct resistance for the mat size? I only know they are mats as the OH said that's what they laid down...
And what's an Insulation resistance tester? Sorry...only got a bit of know-how.
Cheers, @Taylortwocities.
Hello,
The issue is similar to this thread? Don't know what to do (or if it's the same) as there's no follow up....sorry.

The thermostat is a TH132-F.
Connected to a conservatory floor of approx. 10m²...
