Hi Halstead quattro gold approx. 10 year old, CH is fine, but hot water only works when CH is switched on. Water is clap cold rest of time and boiler does not fire on demand for hot water. Could this possibly be the diverter valve or switch ? and if so, how do I fix this ? ie. new parts...

I have a halstead quattro gold combi and all of a sudden when the heating is turned on the burner lights virtually immediately but the sparking continues ( can hear it even with burner flame on) this results in a shutdown after a few seconds and an ignition lockout restart, but the same happens...

Our halstead quattro gold combi sparks ( I can hear it ) but will not light the burner, after 10-15 attempts it generally does... Any suggestions as to a cause ? Has become progressively worse over the weeks. Thanks Willo

Maybe this will help ? Have now counted the number of flashes when the fault occurs > it is 8 flashes - This signifies the fault in the machine. Does anyone happen to know what 8 flashes represent on the Indesit W93 ? Help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Indesit washing machine DW 93 When a long program is selected via the selector, after about 15-20 mins going thru the cycle normally the programme selctor simply starts going round like a clock clicking away as it does. The washing cycle stops, until it is reset. Help !!
