I apologise for not responding sooner. I was away over Xmas. My wife tells me both plates on the RH side failed at the same time. Unfortunately I do not have a multimeter although I'm sure I could borrow one. Thank you for your interest.

The 2 right-hand hotplates on my ceramic hob have stopped working. Otherwise, this dual oven, fan assisted Creda cooker model C361E is workng fine(including clock and timer and other 2 hotplates in hob. What can be wrong, and will it be expensive to fix?
