Thank you for your advice all - very helpful. Re: the fall of the flue - IIRC, the last 5metres of the flue pipe is almost level - in fact, it may be on an incline but I'm not sure. Should this be on a fall? Apologies for my lack of basic knowledge.

We've had a new Keston 28s fitted with megaflow in our basement. Pipes come up through kitchen and vent outside back door. When boiler is on there's very loud gurgling from the flue (there are 2 pipes outside). If I put heating on, there's the gurgle AND slooshing sound from the boxed in...

Would appreciate an IM from anyone who has programed one! All fitted correctly but the user manual is so badly translated it's unuseable. Help! :cry:
