Note that these switches don't use standard 2 way wire configuration. You may need to make some changes in the ceiling rose/junction box.

First can you confirm the following:
Switch1
The Red wire connected to the common terminal comes from the same cable as the blue & yellow wires (3core+earth), and that the remaining red & black (2core+earth) are from a separate cable.
If this is the case...
I used one of these radiators recently.
Just remove the 2 plastic bungs with a large screwdriver, they just unscrew.
From memory the bungs where at the bottom. Put the supplied end stop and bleed value in the top openings and the valves in the holes left by the bungs.
