It is when you have only just moved in and are skint!! But in the whole scheme of things, I dont spose its too bad. As long as a plumber doesnt try and rip me off. I guess I am looking at around £150 to do this?

Good point Agile. I can honestly say I have learnt alot from the experiences I have had.

This was all sorted in the end. My solicitor had messed up and not read the documents recieved from the vendor solictor properly. We eventually completed and are now in the house, Yippeee!
