Hi motorbiking & terryplumb, All working now THANK YOU but I have caused another problem if you can help please. When I turned off the last rad tap I had to use a spanner and I sheared off the top flat piece on the tap, HELP please.

Pick your brains. We have just had our home insulated and rendered and need some ideas. The render is 10cm or 4inch plus render. It had to have some timber in places to accommodate outside lights cameras etc. Problem is some of the timber is not in the right places and the render is silicon...
