My kitchen tap is a spray mixer. "Nobili Hera spray head tap. OS" Is it just likely to debris in the pipe, or something more serious?

I only tried the kitchen tap, as it's right next to the boiler. It's a mixer tap and I can very quickly turn it full on. The bathroom taps do NOT have the same problem. So, you might be right, it's the tap! Boy, do I feel silly. Thanks
