I honestly have no idea I was certain that the dpc was below the level of my patio and other ppl seem to think this is the case as my air brick is so far below the patio, but the builder says no the dpc is where the bricks jut out and the new pointing has been done. However thinking about it...

Okies I have taken a few morw pics from slightly further away one of the back one of the side and one of the front. I have also taken 2 of my neighbours house. To show how much higher my patio is, just in case it helps at all. thanks again for taking the time to have a look. Lisa

Sorry I think I got a little carried away trying to explain :( basically what I am trying to determine is whether the original damp course is lower than the level of my patio, and if it is will the damp course the builder has injected above where the bricks jut out solve the current damp...

This is my air brick my adjoining neighbors air brick is fully exposed and sits on top of a black line that indicates their dpc. I assumed my dpc would have been in the same location but I really don't know.

This is where my patio comes upto all my neigbors have at least 3 bricks showing below the poinr that the bricks step out, as you can see I only have 1.5 showing. Is this ok?
