How should last slates be secured in?

Just replaced the back gutter, had to remove 3 courses of tiles. When putting them back, is this the best way to secure them into place? I made lead "clips" and gave the tiles a small blob of silicone. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks

Felt with gravel and moss. Acrypol or leave alone?

That is exactly what it is. I've already brushed it to remove the majority of moss that was there. Want to know how much further to go before I can layer with acrypol

    Step Flashing advice please

Replaced bottom flashing and step flashing, it seems that the corners circled red below are weak points? Is this right, should I add more mortar/bit of silicone? Also, the gaps under each step, would you recommend mortar/silicone or leave open. Any advice greatly appreciated! Thanks

Temp repair or new back gutter and step flashing?

Hi all, looking for some opinions. Got a few cracks in step flashing and small one on a fold of the back gutter. Temp fix with a silicone / flashband combo or pony up and redo the whole lead work? Paid to have scaffolding up, but still don't want to create extra work if not absolutely...

    Ceiling plasterboard and skim coat

Lots of bits of information out there, hoping someone could clear something up for me. I'm intending on plasterboarding ceiling (12.5mm thick square edge) followed by skrim tape all joints and 2 layers of multifinish. Does the skim tape and screws need filling (like in dry-lining)? Or good...
