Thanks, but no it is not the pump, its been like it from day one. Its because the boiler is mounted on timber and not brick, hence the humm noise. Was wondering if anti vibration mountings could be fitted either side of the pump ?

Because the boiler is fitter on timber supports in a airing cupd. the pump makes a humming noise, which can be heard in adjoining rooms, I should add there is nothing wrong with the pump, it is because it is where it is. Would there be anything wrong if the variable speed pump was put on...

So would no flashing indicate to a burgler that it is possibly unarmed, particulally as my neighbours ( not the same mfr.) are flashing ???

Have just re learnt the Siren, and having created a false entry proved it works. However, I notice the blue light does not blink when in alarm off ? I assume it should ? My neighbours alarms do, although not the same make. Any help please Thanks
