    Hello, I have attempted to lay my extension sand and cement screed. On the whole it is not a total disaster however it is 20mm higher in one corner (in comparison to the opposite corner 5 metres away). Is there any way I can sand/grind this section down? Unfortunately self levelling compound...

    @^woody^ @noseall This is the exact problem I have been trying to resolve! If I was to full fill with quilt insulation what would be the best insulation to use? Would you also fill over the top of the block and brick walls (crossing cavity) Thank you.

    hiya, yes those are the firrings. The isulation and vapour barrier is above the osb. I will look to put celotex up from the wall plate. Would this need an additional vapour barrier or would it be fine just to celotex the gap.

    Hello, I am currently having a rear extension built and have had a warm flat roof installed. It is only now however that I have realised the wall insulation is supposed to carry on up to meet the base of the warm flat roof!! What would be the best way to insulate this gap before plasterboard...
