Yes, only two taps create the noise, for exmaple, a filtered water tap fed off the same pipe as the kitchen main tap doesn't though the kitchen main tap does. It's not quite hissing - more rushing but restricted... I guess it would mean getting to the pipes to check that, so hoping to find...

I don't think any pipes have been clamped... ? legacy pipes were not touched as I understand it, new pipes all seem to be fixed to the wall well...
