When I take off the display panel there is a silver pipe behind it connected to the CH at one end, the other leads to a pipe with a black fitting with a big cross in, is this the valve I need to open to top it up? (I tried to get a photo of it but it's too dark to come out properly!)

I have just moved into a flat with a wall mounted Vaillant TURBOmax VUW GB 282/2-5 boiler (also says TURBOmax Plus 828 E on the serial number label, not sure which name I should be using!). The pressure gauge is at 0 bar so I need to know how to top the boiler up. :?: Can anyone help...
