Apologies it ignites in CH mode and HW mode but flames fluctuate continuesly but now doesn't fire up at all..

Hi i have a ravenheat csi 85t and it will come on for 1 second at hi flame then drop to low for a second and cut out completley that is what it continues doing while in dhw demand the flame fluctuates up and down this process happens when in dhw mode ch is not effected. Thanks in advance

I appreciate what your saying agile but i am a mere novice. The temp as stated does reach 55 60 degs but only when the tap is opened a little bit, as soon as the tap is open fully the water goes cold and temp starts going down. apologies if i'm seeming clueless. Thanks

Rads don't heat up when hot tap running.. will try the method you advised by the Gas safe engineer as i don't want to medle with gas. Thanks
