Im new to Corian, what exactly is it? Is it a type of plastic/laminate? and what is it bonded with.
If its what i think it is then am i right in thinking that you can hide all the joins with the bonding?
Well i took the day off work , as you do. At 10:00am a guy from SEIMENS came round saying that he was told we had a faulty meter switch that needed replacing, i told him the symptoms and he didnt even touch it and said oh! thats not what i was told. He then proceded to call call an electrician...
cheers Dam thats reassuring and what i wanted to her.
Do you think its worth giving the Engineers call to see if there is a problem at the local station, or do you think the Electric Board guy will be able to pick this up?
Ive watched the Meter front while it 'bangs' or switches from low (night rates) to Normal (day rates) and it sounds alot worse than it appears. There is no flashes or sparkes or anything like that, it just appears that the Meter with the circulating disc has a bit of a fit, to me that says dodgy...
Worth ringing round for prices, and the classic line is 'You get what you pay for' (Maybe!?) ask the guy who quoted how many times he has cut worktops, if he comes back with 'ive got 10 years experience', ask him the same question again untill he answers it.
Ive just started the 'cutting...
Hi Guys & Gals hope you can help me.
Weve had a flicker problem in our own house for a little while now. Over the past couple of weeks it has got worse now the meter will start banging the low/normal switch.
Symptons:
Intermitant flickering of supply both to lights and electric appliances...
