Sorted!!
turn water & power off. Slowly remove the 4 screws, drain out about half a cup of water, remove cover. Diaphragm cover assembly £13.28, new rubber daiphragm £0.95, all done!

Like someone else on this site I have a 100e that is leaking water from behind the domestic hot water micro switch. It seems to be leaking from the plunger pin, can this be removed, serviced/replaced by just undoing the 4 screws on the front of the plunger module?
Is this a common problem? That's the same problem I have-water leaking from the plunger pin, behind the domestic hot water micro switch.
The housing that that plunger is mounted in, has 4 small screws on it. What would happen if they were taken off?
