My whirlpool awm 5145/5 will go through a cycle but not spin. The drum is still full of water so I think the problem is the pump is not coming on to drain the drum. The pipes are clear and the pump is ok any ideas?
I don't know if it will help but it seems GEC motors are now part of Brook Crompton motors. They might help.

A word of warning. The question refers to a GEC motor, the british company. The link is to a catalogue for GE the American company. Not the same companies.
They are Ellison breakers. The one's in the picture were just a few of dozens in the textile mill I used to work in. It closed in 2004 and all the switch gear was scrapped a couple of years ago, there was some nice old stuff. Some more for the history buffs.

I used a portable tv with my generator there was a little "snow" on screen but it worked ok. Other devices are a bit more fussy about the quality of electricity supply, as I found out.
It's a Coram shower and tray. There were two sealers mentioned on the instruction sheet but I coudn't get them.The Coram instructions on the tray said 794 was the one to use for the waste area as did the Mcalpine waste instructions. I thought if it was good enough for the waste it would be good...
