Hot water taking minutes (from combi)

I have a Heatline boiler, the central heating is working fine, but hot water takes forever. Runs lukewarm after about 20 seconds, then minutes to become hot. It happens on all taps/bath, the tap closest to the boiler being the same. The boiler fires up immediately the tap's turned on...

Worcester 28i Timer, difficult to replace?

That's great thanks. Doesn't look like a difficult job, I'll get the cover off tomorrow and have a look, before ordering the timer.

Worcester 28i Timer, difficult to replace?

The inbuilt timer looks like its day is up on my Worcester28i boiler (about 5 years old). I think the replacement part I need is a Mechanical Programmer S230M1, but not 100% sure. It sits centre right on the front of the boiler, as you look at it. If I order one, are they difficult to...

    Filling Loop Major Leak

OK thanks. Will buy one on Monday from local suppliers and give it a shot. Do I need any tools? Sorry for stupid question, but once I start, I don't want to find I can't finish the job, and have no heating in the current weather.

    Filling Loop Major Leak

It looks like it's leaking from the valve that I open and close. Also, from last night, the pressure has gone up from 1.5 to 2bar, although the valve is closed.

    Filling Loop Major Leak

I returned from abroad after 6 months, and found the boiler pressure was low, so I used the filling loop (near the boiler) to increase the pressure. I used to have to do this every couple of months, as we must have a minor leak somewhere. When I opened the filling loop valve it started...
