    Thanks was hoping not but not that lucky. Anyone any idea which component its likely to be like a relay or something with it being intermittent. Board parts are dirt cheap compared to a new board.

    Ow Doo Chaps, As described the fault occurs when turning on hot tap and is cured by a reset but can take several attempts. Happening once per day (ave) but seems to be getting more frequent. CH is fine. Sorry its happening with CH as well. Only just tried that ha ha Flue has been checked...

    Thanks Fellas. Ive always thought it was 22mm to and from boiler and branch off in 15 or 10mm. I got hold of installation manual and it states 22 but if its ok it saves me a big job. Cheers
