hi ok the boiler is a glow worm economy plus 40f the 3 port valve has a code bgmvsp-23 and not sue re what you mean by demand sorry. when the heating is on we do get hot water.

hi yeah h/w is set on timer and c/h is set to off position. are the 3 port valves difficult to change.
