Hi all and thanks for reading..My problem with the Vaillant Turbomax 824E is that i have to reset the boiler (ie turning off) before i can get radiators to warm up...if then i use the tap(s) to demand hot water sometimes i get it and sometimes i dont and sometimes if i do then the radiators go...

The plumber came around , he checked the mains outside had not been tampered with..it had not...He then moved inside and loosened a nut to the left of the incoming pipe next to the stop cock , the water only trickled.He turned the stop cock off and on and the water spluttered back on, Sorry but...

The problem has been fixed, air blockage :)
