Thanks for that i did check the casing seals for leaks with a match. I have left the cover down now to see if that works

its funny you say that it worked all day now its doing the same thing again. Think the old fan was runing a bit slow as it fired when i sucked on the pipes on the aps. S0 i will fit a new aps next see if that works it also fires up if i pull the clear hose off the aps any ideas.

profile 50e fan runs boiler will not fire fan just keeps runing help thanks
