the bulb has failed in my oven and I cannot get the cover off! My handbook simply says "unscrew the glass cover by turning it anti-clockwise " well I've tried that, and it unscrews about a half inch and that's it. Surely it can't be this difficult to do, I don't want to break it. Any suggestions...
