Adding a sunroom 3.7m internal, building contol regs seem to say min 170x47 joists. The existing sizes of the rest of the house is 195x38. Would there be any issue? Any need for 47mm timbers?

Length of rafters is around 1.8m to birds mouth. Internal width is 2.4m, wall plates on inner skin. Overall width / span from outside of wall plates is 2.6m Hoping a 9x3 or similar would be enough?
