I've had this problem in the past with plaster coving, what I did to overcome the gap was to drill a hole through the coving and into the wall and pull the coving back using a wall plug and screw, plaster over screw to hide, you'll find this works ok.

Please could anyone help, I have been suffering terribly with mould growth on the silicon between my shower tray and wall. To reduce the risk of this happening again, I've decided to try ceramic quadrant tiles, this seems to be easier said than do. I cannot seem to find anyone who will supply...
