My boiler is about 10 to 12 years old. Due to louder noise, I have removed the fan assembly from my boiler and cleaned the impellers and body. Does anyone know if I can grease the motor bearings? Any other advice how to grease it would be appreciated.

In the second problem, when the pilot light went out and after a few seconds, I heard a click sound and saw the gas valve control pushed out automatically. I think the gas valve shutdown due to no pilot flame sensed.

BTW, you need both DHW and primary flow microswitches to be enabled in order to enable other functions, so that the burner can be fired up for DHW. I hope this helps other users in the future.
